Our 60% wool / 40% cotton mixed rugs are all knotted by hand. Creating each rug takes many days time, each piece an example of exceptional craftsmanship.

We want every Well Traveled Trade piece to feel like the perfect travel companion. If your item isn’t the right fit for the journey, here’s how to make a smooth return:

• Return Window: Returns are welcomed within 30 days of shipment. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Refunds: All approved returns are issued as store credit to use on your next adventure. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Need a different size in the same style? We’ve got you. A prepaid return label will be provided; a $15 shipping fee applies.
• International Travelers: U.S. & Australia orders receive a return label. All other global customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping. Please use a trackable service so your item arrives safely.
• Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

• • Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we can’t modify or cancel it mid-journey. If it’s not quite right when it arrives, our return process will guide you home.

As a small, dedicated team, we thoughtfully prepare each order with care and attention. We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.

• Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days from dispatch (varies by country and carrier)
• Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
