- Return Window: Returns are welcomed within 30 days of shipment. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- Refunds: All approved returns are issued as store credit to use on your next adventure. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: Need a different size in the same style? We’ve got you. A prepaid return label will be provided; a $15 shipping fee applies.
- International Travelers: U.S. & Australia orders receive a return label. All other global customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping. Please use a trackable service so your item arrives safely.
- Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
